Do I need to already have a website or brand?
No. Some clients come to us with nothing but an idea, others have an existing site or brand that just needs a refresh. We meet you where you are.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope — a landing page might take a couple weeks, a full brand and website build is closer to 6–8 weeks. We’ll give you a real timeline before any work starts, not a vague estimate.
Do you only work with businesses in the US?
Not at all. We work with businesses across the US and West Africa, including in-person support through our Lomé office for clients in Togo and the surrounding region.
What if I only need one thing, like a rebrand or a new website?
We believe the full package gets you further, faster — brand, web, and marketing working together instead of pulling in different directions. But we also know growth happens one step at a time. If you’re only ready for a rebrand or a new site right now, we’ll build that right and set it up so the next move — marketing, systems, whatever comes next — fits in cleanly when you’re ready.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch, or just one-time projects?
Both. Some clients want a single project done well, others want us as an ongoing partner for content, updates, and growth. Either works.
